I just finished my drawing class and I found some more artists I love.......Ruth Asawa, she creates sculptures through weaving metal into these massive organic sculptures. Its really wonderful.... I am finding so many more things and artists I enjoy....(I think it has something to do with my brain on overdrive since I FINALLY quit smoking.....5days and no turning back...its hard but so is art)But Asawa rocks and I am going to attempt to weave something that creates some kind of '3d' line/mark making for my drawing assignment.
I will also add some links and names of artists that were mentioned in drawing today too.
